                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO A COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH 
                   ADS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. RELATIVE TO 
                   ANNUAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR FLOW MONITORS 
                   AND METERING STATIONS, FOR A CONSIDERATION 
                   OF SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND, FOUR HUNDRED 
                   SEVENTY-TWO AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($68,472.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Comprehensive Service Agreement with ADS Environmental Services, 
       Inc., relative to the annual service agreement for flow monitors 
       and metering stations, for a consideration of $68,472.00.
